Store details

Store Details is the at-a-glance health page for a single store. It answers three questions fast: is the connection healthy, how much of my plan am I using, and what has been happening in this workspace? It is a read-only overview — the knobs themselves live in Settings, which this page links to in two places.

Where it lives

Open Store Details from the sidebar — /app/<storeId>/store-details. Each store in your account has its own page; switch stores with the store switcher and the page reloads for that tenant.

Connection hero

The top banner shows the platform logo, your store domain, the owning merchant, and the date the store was created. A status badge sits next to the domain with one of four states:

StatusMeaning
ConnectedThe store is active and syncing.
PausedSync and agent activity are temporarily halted.
DisconnectedThe platform link is broken — reconnect needed.
Pending SetupThe store exists but setup is unfinished.

Two shortcut buttons — Configure and View Imports — jump to Settings and the Imports area respectively.

Health metrics

A row of four tiles gives a quick read on whether the store is set up to sell. Each tile carries a coloured dot: green (healthy), amber (needs attention), or grey (optional):

  • Products Synced — total products in the catalog. Amber until your first import lands.
  • Active Rules — how many automation rules are switched on. Optional, so grey at zero.
  • Campaigns — recovery campaigns configured for the store. Optional.
  • Team Members — people with access to this workspace.

Conversation usage

This card tracks conversations used in the current billing period against your plan's allowance, with a progress bar that turns amber past 70% and red past 90%. The monthly allowances are:

PlanConversations / month
Starter100
Growth2,000
Pro10,000
EnterpriseUnlimited
OutcomeUnlimited

What counts as a conversation

Usage here is conversation volume for billing, not message count. When you approach the cap the card nudges you to upgrade, but the agent keeps working — see Plans & billing for how overage and tier changes behave.

Platform connection

The Platform Connection card lists the technical facts about the integration, useful when you are debugging a webhook or filing a support request:

  • Platform — Shopify or WooCommerce.
  • Store ID — the platform's own store identifier.
  • Domain — your store domain.
  • Status — the same connection state shown in the hero.
  • Access Token — whether a token is on file (Configured or Not set). The token value itself is never displayed.

Tokens are encrypted at rest

Zubby only ever shows whether an access token exists, not the token. Stored credentials are encrypted and compared in constant time. See Security & privacy.

Sync history

A Recent Sync Jobs card lists the last five catalog synchronisation runs with their type, timestamp, and a status badge (completed, processing, failed, or queued). A View all link opens the full Imports history; if no job has ever run, the card offers a Run First Import shortcut.

Activity log

The Activity Log card shows recent actions taken in the workspace — who did what, and when — drawn from the audit trail. Two toggles sit at the top:

  • All Activity — every recent workspace action.
  • Woo Connection — narrows to WooCommerce connection lifecycle events only (connected, reconnected, credentials rotated, disconnected). Handy when diagnosing a flaky plugin link.

Each entry shows the formatted action, the actor's name or email, and a timestamp.

Where configuration actually happens

Store Details is intentionally read-only — it reports state, it does not change it. To edit anything, follow the Configure / Settings links into the Settings area, where brand voice, AI behaviour, team and roles, billing, and platform reconnection live. Think of Store Details as the dashboard you glance at, and Settings as the cockpit you operate.

Stale numbers usually mean the worker is down

Products synced, sync history, and recent activity all depend on the background worker. If those panels look frozen, confirm the worker process and Redis are running before assuming a data problem — see Worker & queue troubleshooting.
