Grow order value with suggestions that fit.

Zubby suggests the add-on, bundle or upgrade that makes sense for what the shopper is buying, from your own catalog and current stock, and adds it to the cart in one step.

Plans from $49/month. Try Growth for 14 days.

Platform actions require the applicable plan, connected adapter and permissions. Order writes also require supported identity verification and confirmation. New Shopify connections are coming soon; custom stores do not inherit native cart actions from API ingestion. Check platform action limits.

Included in every plan; profit-aware ranking from Growth.

What it does

A good cross-sell completes the purchase: the case for the phone, the care kit for the boots, the refill for the starter set. Zubby finds those pairings in your catalog and offers them when the shopper is already deciding.

You decide how often suggestions appear and which products they favor, so the experience stays helpful rather than pushy.

Illustrative store example. A camera shopper asks for a spare battery. Recommend one only when the catalog confirms the camera model it fits. A battery bought with a similar camera is not proof of compatibility. Withhold an unsupported pairing even if it has a higher margin.

Capabilities

What you get

Bundles and add-ons

How to get started

  1. Check your catalog

Make sure related products, collections and product costs are filled in.

  2. Set your preferences

Choose whether to use profit-aware ranking and how often suggestions appear.

  3. Review what sells

Watch which suggestions are added to carts and adjust your rules.

Good to know

  • Profit-aware ranking needs product costs in your catalog.
  • Suggestions only include products in stock in your synced catalog.
  • Review margin after discounts, returns and a suitable controlled comparison alongside average order value. Higher AOV alone does not establish incremental revenue or profit.
How we measure results

Frequently asked questions

How does the agent choose what to suggest?

It looks at the products in the conversation or cart and finds complementary items, bundles or upgrades in your catalog that are in stock.

Can it favor higher-margin products?

Yes, if you opt in. Profit-aware recommendations (Growth) slightly favor higher-margin or overstocked products among equally relevant ones, and you can set per-category discount floors.

Where do suggestions appear?

In the chat, as product cards the shopper can add to the cart, and in storefront recommendation and upsell blocks on Shopify and WooCommerce.

Will it push products the shopper does not need?

Suggestions are tied to what the shopper is buying, and you control how often the agent offers them through your rules and brand voice.
