The widget is the part of Zubby your shoppers see. The designer controls how it looks, where the launcher sits, what it says before a conversation starts, and which audiences it appears for.
The widget follows the shopper’s language, switches to right-to-left for Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu, and supports keyboard navigation.
Illustrative theme check. Change the launcher from a pale brand color to a darker one, then inspect text contrast, keyboard focus and product cards in the preview. On your test storefront, open chat at a narrow width beside the cookie banner and cart controls. If controls overlap, adjust placement before rollout. The preview is a setup aid, not an accessibility certification.
