Recover more carts with a conversation.

Zubby helps shoppers finish the purchase while they are still on your store, then follows up with a personal message if they leave. Every step uses your products, your voice and the offers you approve.

Plans from $49/month. Try Growth for 14 days.

Platform actions require the applicable plan, connected adapter and permissions. Order writes also require supported identity verification and confirmation. New Shopify connections are coming soon; custom stores do not inherit native cart actions from API ingestion. Check platform action limits.

Included in every plan.

What it does

Carts are abandoned for reasons a quick answer can solve: shipping cost, delivery time, fit, returns, or simply getting distracted. Zubby covers both moments: in-session help when hesitation shows, and follow-up after the shopper leaves.

Recovery follows the shopper’s consent and your frequency rules, with sends, clicks and associated orders recorded where identity and order events can be linked.

Capabilities

What you get

In-session cart rescue

Exit intent, idle time and repeat visits can open the chat with a helpful answer or an approved offer before the shopper leaves.

Personal follow-up

Recovery emails written for each cart, plus multi-step journeys with web push from Growth and SMS or WhatsApp on Pro.

Offers you control

Discount and free-shipping rules decide what the agent may offer, and the margin guard checks known product costs. When costs are missing, an offer cap limits the discount but cannot guarantee profitability; add costs or block offers for those products.

Results you can check

Rescues, sends, clicks and recovered orders in your dashboard, with attribution labels for each surface. A separate no-send control is needed to estimate the effect of recovery messages.

How to get started

  1. Connect your store

Connect WooCommerce or use Custom API on Pro or above so supported cart and order data reaches Zubby. New Shopify connections are coming soon.

  2. Set triggers and offers

Choose rescue triggers, recovery timing and the offers you allow, then preview the messages.

  3. Launch and compare

Go live, review recovered orders weekly, and adjust timing or offers.

Good to know

  • Follow-up goes only to shoppers who shared contact details and can be contacted.
  • SMS needs a connected Twilio account and WhatsApp needs approved templates, both on Pro.
  • Compare results against your own baseline; traffic, offers and products all affect them.
How we measure results

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from a standard abandoned-cart email?

Zubby starts before the shopper leaves: it answers the question that is holding up the purchase in the chat. If the cart is still abandoned, the follow-up is written for that cart and can continue the same conversation.

Which channels can recovery use?

Email on every plan, web push with journeys from Growth, and SMS or WhatsApp on Pro.

Will it give away discounts?

Only offers you approve. You set the rules, and the margin guard checks known product costs. When costs are missing, an offer cap limits the discount but cannot guarantee profitability; add costs or block offers for those products.

How do I see recovered revenue?

The dashboard shows recovery sends, clicks and the orders that followed. Our attribution methodology explains the rule, and the optional assistant holdout compares chat exposure where Shopify order linking is supported. It does not withhold recovery emails or measure email lift.
