Before you can connect a store, you need a Zubby account. This is a five-minute job and only the first person at your company does it — everyone else gets invited as a team member.

Head to /register. You can authenticate three ways: email + password, Google, or Microsoft. Either of the social options skips the email verification step and is the path we recommend unless your company blocks third-party OAuth.
Choose how to authenticate
Single sign-on is fastest. Email + password also works and adds a one-time verification link to your inbox. SSO with Okta, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Entra is available on the Enterprise plan.Verify your email
Magic-link verification arrives within ~30 seconds. If it doesn’t, check spam, then click Resend on the verification screen. The link expires after 15 minutes.Pick your workspace name
The workspace name appears on invoices, customer-facing email headers, and the dashboard chrome. It’s editable later, so don’t stress about getting it perfect.Set up 2FA (strongly recommended)
FromSettings → Account securityenable TOTP-based two-factor authentication. Workspaces with billing access or admin scope are required to have 2FA after the trial ends.
Team roles
Zubby uses four roles. Assign the least powerful one that lets someone do their job — it limits blast radius if a credential leaks.

Invite teammates
From Settings → Team, click Invite member, drop an email and pick a role. Invites expire after seven days; resend from the same screen.
Domain auto-join
@acme.com joins the workspace as a Viewer by default). Enable it from Settings → Team → Domain rules.Recovery + audit logs
Every authentication event — successful logins, failed attempts, role changes — is captured in Settings → Audit log with IP and user agent. Export to CSV any time.
If you lose access to your 2FA device, contact support@zubbyai.com from the email address on the account. We’ll send a backup recovery flow within one business day after verifying ownership.
