Multilingual support has two parts. The interface, meaning buttons, labels and forms, is translated into 25 languages and switches to right-to-left for Arabic, Hebrew and Urdu. The conversation itself follows the shopper: the agent replies in the language they use.
Prices, shipping options and policies come from your store data. Translation can still change meaning, so review local terminology and country-specific policies.
Illustrative language check. With a saved French preference and an English page, French is the first-response preference.
