Turn more visits into orders.

Help shoppers decide while they are ready to buy: answer product questions, recommend the right variant, open with a page-aware message, and test what works. Then measure what the AI influenced.

Plans from $49/month. Try Growth for 14 days.

Platform actions require the applicable plan, connected adapter and permissions. Order writes also require supported identity verification and confirmation. New Shopify connections are coming soon; custom stores do not inherit native cart actions from API ingestion. Check platform action limits.

Included in every plan; proactive openers and premium themes from Growth.

What it does

Conversion optimization usually means changing pages and waiting for results. A sales agent adds another lever: a conversation that responds to each shopper's question, on the page they are looking at.

Use the built-in opening-message and theme experiments for their supported scope. Changes to offers or proactive behavior need a separately designed evaluation; changing a setting does not itself create a controlled test.

Capabilities

What you get

Answers at the moment of doubt

Product details, sizing, stock, delivery and returns, answered on the product or cart page from your store data.

Guided choice

Comparisons, product-finder quizzes on Growth, and recommendations that narrow a large catalog to a few good options.

Proactive, page-aware openers

From Growth, the chat can open with a message about the product or cart in view, capped per session.

Tests and measurement

A/B test opening messages, then review add-to-cart, purchases and AI-influenced revenue.

How to get started

  1. Start with your top pages

Turn on the chat for your best-selling product and cart pages first.

  2. Test one change

Run an opening-message A/B test with a predefined outcome and review horizon. Treat a manually changed proactive setting as an operational rollout unless you establish a separate control.

  3. Keep what wins

Promote the winner, review conversations for new objections, and repeat.

Good to know

  • Results depend on your traffic, products and offers, so compare against your own baseline.
  • Proactive engagement is capped per session to avoid interrupting shoppers.
  • Smaller stores need more time for A/B tests to reach a confident result.
How we measure results

Frequently asked questions

How does an AI agent improve conversion?

By removing the reasons shoppers hesitate: unanswered product questions, uncertainty about fit or delivery, and too many similar options. The agent answers in the moment and helps the shopper choose and add to cart.

What can I test?

The built-in merchant split tests cover opening messages with two or three variants and widget themes from Growth. System-prompt variants are administrator-configured and tracked for quality. You can change proactive settings and approved offers manually, but this page does not claim built-in offer or proactive-opener experiments.

How do I know what worked?

Review the documented A/B outcome and method limitations, and treat AI-influenced revenue as attribution. The optional chat holdout gives directional evidence only with supported Shopify cart-token linking and adequate coverage; it does not isolate email recovery lift or prove incremental profit.

Do I need a large store to start?

No. Product answers and recommendations help from the first conversation. A/B tests reach a confident result faster with more traffic.
