Plans from $49/month. Try Growth for 14 days.

WooCommerce is available on paid plans. Custom API and messaging channels require Pro; provider approval and account setup still apply. New Shopify connections are coming soon.

What it does

Your store platform is the foundation: it keeps products, stock, prices and orders in sync so the agent can use the latest successfully synced data. Existing Shopify stores use their authorized app; new connections are coming soon. WooCommerce through the Zubby plugin, and custom stores send catalog and orders through the REST API.

On top of that, each connector adds a channel or a destination. You add your own credentials, send a test, and switch it on when you are happy with it.

Capabilities

What you get

Shopify

For existing authorized connections, verify scopes and sync state. New connections are coming soon. The chat widget is added through a theme app extension.

WooCommerce

Install the Zubby plugin and pair your store to sync supported products and orders and add storefront chat. Review sources may need a separate adapter.

Custom and headless stores

On Pro, store-scoped API keys push catalog and orders, read conversations and leads, and pair with the hosted chat widget.

Channels, marketing and support

Messaging channels on Pro, with Instagram and Messenger subject to rollout and Meta approval; Zendesk and Gorgias from Growth; Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Intercom, Segment, GA4, Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events, ReCharge and Slack; sending from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or SMTP; and signed webhooks for Zapier or Make on Pro.

How to get started

  1. Connect your store

For a new store, choose WooCommerce or Custom API on Pro or Enterprise; verify the first sync or push and indexing.

  2. Add a connector

Open Integrations, enter the credentials for the tool you want, and send a test event or message.

  3. Switch it on

Turn the connector on for live traffic and check its status from the same page.

Good to know

  • Each connector uses your own account with that provider, and any provider fees are billed by them.
  • Custom stores keep catalog, stock and orders current by sending updates through the API.
  • WhatsApp proactive messages need approved WhatsApp templates.
  • Check connection status and a test result before enabling a channel. A saved credential alone does not prove delivery or reply sync.

Frequently asked questions

Which store platforms can I connect?

Existing authorized Shopify connections, WooCommerce through the Zubby WordPress plugin, and custom or headless stores through the REST API on Pro and Enterprise.

Which messaging channels are available?

Messaging channels need Pro and your own connected provider account. Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger are rolling out and need Meta approval. Check availability before planning a launch.

Can I hand conversations to my helpdesk?

Yes. From Growth, escalated conversations can open a Zendesk or Gorgias ticket with the transcript and order context, and agent replies sync back to the shopper once you save the webhook secret. Until then, sync is one-way.

How are my credentials stored?

API keys and tokens you enter are encrypted at rest and are only used for your store. You can disconnect an integration at any time from the dashboard.
