Customer evidence

Evidence before customer success claims.

Zubby does not currently publish a verified customer case study. This page shows what you can review now and the standard future case studies will meet.

Current status: no named customer result or typical ROI claim is published.

Product demos, calculators, attribution views, and feature documentation are useful evaluation material, but they are not customer outcome evidence.

What you can verify now

Four evidence paths, each labeled for what it proves.

Use the source that matches your question instead of treating every product artifact as a case study.

Guided product demo

Inspect a clearly labeled scripted shopper interaction without treating fictional products or responses as production evidence.

Feature and integration evidence

Review what each workflow does, the controls a merchant can configure, and the dependencies or limits that still require verification.

Measurement methodology

See how assisted orders and recovery should be measured, what attribution can and cannot prove, and what a publishable claim needs.

Trust and operating evidence

Review published security boundaries, privacy controls, service dependencies, and current status separately from marketing claims.

Publication standard

What a future Zubby case study must disclose.

A result becomes publishable only when readers can understand who measured it, how it was calculated, and what could have influenced it.

  • Customer approval and a clear description of the store or cohort
  • Exact metric, source system, date range, and attribution window
  • Baseline, comparison period, or controlled holdout where appropriate
  • Treatment of discounts, refunds, duplicates, seasonality, and exclusions
  • Sample size and distribution when a summary statistic is reported
  • Clear separation of observed results, customer opinion, and product demonstration
Create your own evidence

Evaluate Zubby against your store's baseline.

A controlled store test can answer whether the product fits your catalog, operations, and shopper questions before a broader rollout.

  1. 1

    Define success

Choose a workflow, metric, baseline, attribution window, and review sample before enabling it.

  2. 2

    Run a controlled test

Verify the connection, data freshness, shopper path, handoff, failures, consent, and measurement.

  3. 3

    Reconcile and decide

Compare Zubby events with commerce orders and operating costs, document limitations, then expand or stop.

Run a transparent evaluation

Start with a workflow you can measure.

Compare plans, connect one controlled store, document your baseline, and review the measurement framework before broad exposure.
