Data Deletion

Zubby AI lets merchants connect Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp to power customer messaging. If you interacted with a business using Zubby AI and want your data deleted, contact the business first or use the email route below. App removal applies only if you personally authorized the app:

• For people who authorized the app: remove it from your Facebook settings - Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the messages and comments tied to your account.
• Email us at hello@zubbyai.com with the platform (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp), the business you contacted and the handle you used. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents unless a verified process specifically requires them. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

We delete the comment and message records associated with your social identity. Order and account data held by the merchant on their own store is governed by that merchant's privacy policy.
